Obamacare. There is no federal government role in requiring Americans to purchase health insurance, no matter how good the idea seems. There are lots of other changes that would improve health-care overall, without spending billions of tax dollars. For starters, insurance companies should be able to offer their products across state lines to increase competition. Reducing federal regulations on the medical profession would also reduce costs making doctor visits and operations more affordable.
